5/204First day, 67 km. I left at 5:52 after only 1,5 hours of sleep. In the night I had finished the new raincoats for me and my bags. The railway travel turns out as a fiasco. Stike. Waiting times of more than an hour, in the middle of somewhere. I cycle 30 km from Worms to Mannheim, to save some time. Many trains are being cancelled. Long distance connections impossible, travelling is a kind of gambling from station to station. After I have finally arrived in Kempten, I can do only a few kilometers, before darkness falls.
